At Creative Stampers we value your trust above all else and will do whatever we can to keep your personal information safe and protected. This privacy policy exists to show you, our visitors, that we are committed to being utterly transparent as to how we collect and use the personal information you have shared with us. We will always collect the MINIMUM amount of information we need in order to fulfill the request you are making and vow never to rent, trade, sell or otherwise share in any way that information.

1. We exclusively use trusted third party providers who have met or exceeded the highest security standards in order to ensure that your information cannot be accessed through our site. See below for links to the Privacy Policy for each entity we currently use.

2. This site is built on WordPress and WordPress does use cookies to make your visiting experience easier and more fluid. A cookie is a piece of code that a website store’s on a visitor’s computer which the visitor’s browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. WordPress.org uses cookies to help them identify and track visitors, how they prefer to use WordPress.org sites and their website access preferences. You can easily prevent having cookies assigned to you by choosing the settings in your browser to refuse cookies before using sites that use WordPress.org. The drawback to this is that certain features of WordPress.org websites may not function properly or as you expect them to without the aid of cookies. 3. We do use Google Analytics on our site and as with WordPress, do not use any information gathered in any other way than to measure the efficacy of our website. You can read the entirety of the Google Privacy Policy in the link above. Creative Stampers does not now and never will use any information collected through Google in any other way than its intended use in measuring analytics.

4. As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to send you the content you signed up to receive; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information in order to send the content you asked to receive; and occasionally to ask you how we are meeting your expectations.  We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share in any way email lists with other organizations, businesses or any other party.

We use a third-party provider, Aweber, to deliver our newsletter and their Privacy Policy is available at the link above. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of all of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Costa Marazita

5. In the future, we may offer event tickets, paid products or other items that require payment processing. When we do we will update this section with the privacy and security information for that entity.

6. If at any point you wish to change, amend or delete the personal information we have collected from you please email our data protection officer Costa Marazita.

7. It is our commitment to review this privacy notice annually and/or during any changes, additions or deletions of third party partners, third party partners’ changes or any other change to data collection that could affect our visitors.
