DIY Valentine’s Day Sunshine Wishes

Happy New Years to everyone! I hope you had a relaxing holiday.  Now that the kids are officially back to school, it is time to take down the Christmas decorations and try to return to regular routine.  But we know that is no always the case because in a blink of an eye Valentine’s Day will be here.  I know what you are thinking, “Isn’t it too early to think of Valentine’s?” I mean some of us have not even taken down the Christmas decorations.  Trust me I am one of those people.  I still have my tree up and that is on my to do list this week.

But I’ve got you covered, because I am going to save you the time to look for any last minute card/treat making ideas to make.  For the next 12 days, Robbie Rubala from creationsinpaper.com and I will be sharing some quick and simple cards and treat holders that you can make for that special someone in your life.

Now I need to share that I normally do not buy too many stamps or designers series paper from Stampin’ Up that have a Valentine’s theme to it.  It is not because I do not like them, it’s just that I do not make many Valentine’s projects.  Instead I use what I have on hand.  You see to make this simple project all I used was some blushing bride cardstock, sunshine sayings stamp set, Sunshine Wishes framelits, and the grapefruit grove & lovely lipstick foil sheets (free salabration paper). Quick and easy!
