So the last couple of days I have been showing a couple of different ways how to make the Easter carrot favor boxes. I must admit these are my favorite. After all, it is written Easter all over it and wouldn’t the kids love to find eggs and carrot favors as well during this years Easter egg hunt? Don’t forget to let the kids know how many of each you hid! You don’t want to be finding a forgotten Easter egg or carrot a couple of months from now.
But why not use them another way!
These cute carrots may make your Easter Egg hunt interesting, colorful and fun. But why not use the boxes as decorative centerpieces for your kitchen table or better yet as table settings.
Ready to hear how I made them?
I have to mention that it is almost similar to the one I posted a couple of days ago with a template. It is just slightly different at the top fold. This one does not have all rounded edges. It has some rounded edges and some squared. This one I will admit I used my Brother Scan n Cut. Brother Scan n Cut offers free templates and this is one is one of them. The rabbit was not part of this package but was also available in the free designs.
Aren’t these the most adorable boxes when they are put together! They did not take too long to cut and put together. All I used was some nice patterned paper (Designer Series Paper) and card stock. Sometimes this is all you need when you are rushing last minute to put things together and everything is sold out.
What did I use to make them?
Below is a list of products that I have used or I recommend to use if you do not have a Brother Scan n Cut machine. So you can make something similar to this using the simple no cut design carrot box that I posted yesterday. If you missed that post you can find it here.
