{"id":1170,"date":"2019-01-16T23:11:13","date_gmt":"2019-01-16T23:11:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/creativestampers.ca\/?p=1170"},"modified":"2019-01-16T23:11:13","modified_gmt":"2019-01-16T23:11:13","slug":"handmade-valentines-card","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/creativestampers.ca\/index.php\/2019\/01\/16\/handmade-valentines-card\/","title":{"rendered":"Handmade Valentine&#8217;s Card"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"pntrst_main_before_after\"><div class=\"pntrst-button-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a data-pin-do=\"buttonBookmark\" data-pin-custom=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/pin\/create\/button\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" data-pin-nopin=\"1\" class=\"pntrst-custom-pin\" src=\"https:\/\/creativestampers.ca\/wp-content\/plugins\/bws-pinterest\/images\/pin.png\" width=\"60\"><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div><\/div><p>Recently I saw a quote on Pinterest and it said, &#8220;I love you so much&#8230;I&#8217;d use my best patterned paper on a card for you!&#8221; When creating a handmade Valentine&#8217;s Card you are telling that person they are very special, and loved.\u00a0 In today&#8217;s 10th day of Valentine&#8217;s project, Robbie creates a cute Valentine&#8217;s card.\u00a0 If you missed our last projects, scroll down and click on the links on the previous projects.<\/p>\n<h3>To Begin&#8230;.<\/h3>\n<p>To make today&#8217;s card start with a piece of Flirty Falmingo card base.\u00a0 Take the Detailed Trip punch and round the corners of the card base.\u00a0 Cut the Basic Black layer and the whisper white layer and round both card stock corners.\u00a0 Use the Sunshine Wishes thinlits and cut out a heart from the lower right hand corner of the Whisper White layer.\u00a0 Add a piece of All My Best designer series paper on the back of the Whisper White layer to cover the hole.<\/p>\n<h3>Follow with&#8230;<\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/creativestampers.ca\/?p=1170&amp;preview=true\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1172 size-full\" title=\"Handmade Valentine's Card\" src=\"http:\/\/creativestampers.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/robbie1-1.jpg\" alt=\"Handmade Valentine's Card\" width=\"626\" height=\"540\" srcset=\"https:\/\/creativestampers.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/robbie1-1.jpg 626w, https:\/\/creativestampers.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/robbie1-1-300x259.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 626px) 100vw, 626px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Attach your Whisper White layer to the Basic Black layer.\u00a0 Add a strip of the same designer series paper to the left hand edge of the Whisper White layer.\u00a0 Tie some Whisper White baker\u2019s twin down the same side and tie a bow at the top.\u00a0 Attach these layers to the card base.\u00a0 Using the Sunshine Wishes thinlits and some Flirty Flamingo card stock, cut out a heart.\u00a0 Add Glue to the back of the cut out and inlay it into the opening on the Whisper White layer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/creativestampers.ca\/?p=1170&amp;preview=true\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-1173 size-full\" title=\"Handmade Valentine's Card\" src=\"http:\/\/creativestampers.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/robbie2-1.jpg\" alt=\"Handmade Valentine's Card\" width=\"263\" height=\"292\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3>End with&#8230;.<\/h3>\n<p>Take the stamp from the Accented Blooms stamp set and using your Flirty Flamingo marker, ink up just the words you want to use.\u00a0 Stamp it onto a scrap of Whisper White card stock.\u00a0 Use the Classic Label punch to punch it out.\u00a0 Add this punch to a scrap of Flirty Flamingo card stock.\u00a0 Use your snips to trim around it to get a larger shape like the one the sentiment is on.\u00a0 Add this sentiment to your card base using dimensionals.\u00a0 So what do you think about the completed How About a Cute Handmade Valentine Card creation?<\/p>\n<p>Missed the last 9 Days?
